International Informatization Foundation is a not-for-profit, charitable organization as an Associated Member of the International Informatization Academy in a General Consultative Status with the Economic & Social Council of the United Nations.

NGOs represent virtually all facets of what is broadly referred to as "civil society" - everything from professional groups, business interests, youth, and community activists concerned with such areas as the environment, health, development, and human rights. As they have brought their concerns and demands to the UN, they have forced the world body to open its procedures. This has enabled NGOs to proceed to help shape the directions of programs and priorities.

International Informatization Foundation - IIF is an Associated Member organization of the International Informatization Academy - IIA which was founded in 1990 as an independent, voluntary, scientific and self-governing organization of intellectuals comprising well known scientists, reputed professionals, outstanding statesmen and public figures, famous writers, artists and others.

IIA is a Unique Academy that enjoys the membership of the United Nations and has its branch “Informatization and United Nations” at the UN’s Headquarters in New York.
